Expanding Pipeline to Target CNS Cancers

MEKanistic's unique computational platform enables the rational design of molecules that simultaneously modulate multiple therapeutic targets—addressing the complex, adaptive nature of cancer resistance across diverse tumor types. Our computational drug design approach creates selective multi-kinase inhibitors with optimized pharmacological profiles that offer improved efficacy and tolerability compared to traditional combination therapies. With MTX-531 advancing toward clinical trials, pending IND approval, for systemic cancers (head & neck, colorectal, PIK3CA-mutant solid tumors) and MTX-241 in preclinical development for brain-penetrant applications (CNS metastases, glioblastoma), our computational platform is expanding our reach to address critical unmet needs across multiple cancer indications.
